THE SISTERS BROTHERS

 Watchable. Mediocre. Quite a lot of western-style shootouts but with a non-standard plot of an Indian with a chemical formula and trivia like a toothbrush being a novelty in 1851 and a flush toilet not only a novelty but a fancy luxury item. The ending resolves the most substantial intrigue but leaves you no doubt it's just an excerpt from the brothers' lives. The Indian's story's not concluded. The film also shows how decisions taken on the spur of the moment can dramatically change your life forever.
